I have had 3 real estate agents before Lyle and what I learned from him was what a hardworking agent is! Lyle was great to work with he was NOT a list it and wait to see what happens agent whose sales strategy is to lower the price until it sells. He was in touch with me regularly even when nothing was happening. He gave excellent feedback and advice when I had questions or concerns. Lyle always answered or returned my calls and he kept the listing fresh when the market seemed to be down. Lyle went above and beyond on several occasions to assure the inspections were complete and the final sale went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about this agent.

Lyle did everything he promised and was very knowledgeable and professional and personable. We highly recommend calling him. He went out of his way to take us to multiple listings and never complained. Great Realtor!!!

Lyle was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lyle is honest and works hard. He always responded promptly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Lyle and would work with him again in the future!
